Application:
Vonoprazan fumarate(TAK-438) is a new class of inhibitors of potassium-competitive acid blockers, has a strong and long-lasting inhibitory effect on gastric acid secretion. Meanwhile, in the final step of gastric acid secretion by gastric parietal cells, it inhibits the binding of K to H, k-ATPase (proton pump). It also has an early termination effect on gastric acid secretion.
