Application:
1. Tris(pyrrolidinophosphine) oxide is used as coordinating additive for low-temperature lithiumation, it can enhance the α-metalation efficiency of t-BuLi for quinoline carboxylate esters and stabilize the subsequent nucleophilic substitution.
