Uses: 3-Aminophthalhydrazide monosodium salt is used for chemiluminescence analysis of metal cations, blood and glucococorticoids. It is also in vivo to image myeloperoxidase activity.
General Description: Used for chemiluminescence analysis1,2 of, for example, metal cations,3 blood,4 and glucococorticoids.5 Luminol sodium salt has also been used in vivo to image myeloperoxidase activity.6
