I.Classification

  Sodium hyaluronate produced by Coreychem is currently widely used in the food and cosmetics industries.Depending on the molecular weight, it can be roughly divided into four categories: oligomers, small molecules, medium molecules(conventional), and high molecules. The powder can be dissolved in water to form a transparent solution,and the most common products in the market are solutions with concentrations of 1% and 0.05%.

II.Application of Sodium hyaluronate

Oligomers:

Application in food grade:

Enhances skin hydration, improves skin elasticity, reduces wrinkles, and plays a crucial physiological role in lubrication and moisture retention for our joint cavities, blood vessels, eyes, brain, and other tissues. End products include tablets, capsules, granules, powders, oral liquids, chewable tablets, and more.

Application in cosmetics grade:

It can be transdermally absorbed, providing deep skin care with multiple active properties such as moisturizing, repairing, and antioxidizing. End products include eye creams, face masks, serums, sunscreens, BB creams, and lip balms.

Small molecules

Application in food grade:

Supplementing with sodium hyaluronate internally, it can also reduce the occurrence of arthritis, arteriosclerosis, eye aging, and brain atrophy, preventing aging. End products include beverages, cocoa products, chocolates and chocolate products, candies, baked goods, and puffed snacks, excluding baby and infant food.

Application in cosmetics grade:

Moisturizes, softens the stratum corneum, has easy penetration, and provides the skin with abundant nutrients.

Application in food grade:

Application in cosmetics grade:

It can penetrate the dermis, mildly dilate capillaries, increase blood circulation, improve metabolism, and promote skin nutrient absorption. It has a strong anti-wrinkle function, enhances skin elasticity, and delays skin aging. A good skincare product is measured by containing three different molecular weights of hyaluronic acid as a benchmark. Skincare products that contain only a single molecular weight of hyaluronic acid have limited effects and cannot achieve the best skincare results of hyaluronic acid.

High molecules

Application in food grade:

Tablets, capsules, and oral liquids are commonly used forms, typically used in combination with ingredients such as collagen, vitamins, chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine, etc.

Application in cosmetics grade:

It can firm the skin and provide long-lasting hydration. It forms a breathable thin film on the skin’s surface, making the skin smooth and moisturized, while also acting as a barrier against external bacteria, dust, and UV rays, protecting the skin from harm.
