Uses
As a food colorant, it is permitted in preserved fruits in my country at a maximum usage of 10g/kg; in candy coatings, the maximum usage is 2.0g/kg.

Uses
1. Uniform particle size and good dispersibility.
2. It exhibits virtually no scattering of incident visible light, possesses strong UV shielding capabilities, and offers excellent transparency. As a new material, it has been widely used in cosmetics, coatings, paints, and other products.
3. In plastics, rubber, and functional fiber products, it improves their aging resistance, chalking resistance, weather resistance, and strength, while maintaining their color and gloss, extending their shelf life.
4. In inks, coatings, and textiles, it significantly improves adhesion, aging resistance, and scrub resistance.
5. In the papermaking industry, it improves printability and impermeability.
6. It can also be used in the metallurgical and aerospace industries.

Uses
Titanium dioxide has the strongest tinting power among white inorganic pigments, exhibiting excellent hiding power and color fastness, making it suitable for opaque white products. The rutile type is particularly suitable for plastic products used outdoors, imparting excellent light stability. The anatase type is primarily used in products for indoor use, but exhibits a slightly bluish tint. It exhibits high whiteness, strong hiding power, strong tinting strength, and good dispersibility. Titanium dioxide is widely used as a pigment in paints, paper, rubber, plastics, enamel, glass, cosmetics, inks, watercolors, and oil paints. It is also used in metallurgy, radio, ceramics, and welding rod manufacturing. In recent years, nano-sized titanium dioxide has been found to have specialized applications, such as sunscreen cosmetics, wood protection, food packaging materials, agricultural plastic films, natural and man-made fibers, transparent, durable exterior finishes, and effect pigments. It can also be used as a high-efficiency photocatalyst, adsorbent, and additive for solid lubricants.
