Sodium stearate fumarate is a widely used pharmaceutical excipient and is the preferred choice for hydrophilic lubricants.
.As a lubricant for tablets and capsules, the dosage of sodium stearate fumarate is generally 0.5% to 2.0%, which can solve many problems existing with fatty acid salt lubricants and can also improve the disintegration of the drug. Sodium stearate fumarate can form a protective film in effervescent tablets, which can improve disintegration, promote dissolution, and thereby increase bioavailability.
