Applications;
Bisphenol A polyether polyols, including bisphenol A polyoxypropylene ether, account for a significant portion of the synthetic resin market. In resin synthesis, they serve not only as monomers but also as additives and modifiers for epoxy resins, pigment coatings, and other polymer chains. Because bisphenol A polyether polyol molecules contain aromatic rings, the difference in chemical bond energy results in more stable, high-performance synthetic resins. In surfactant synthesis, they are often used as backbone intermediates to prepare surfactants with specific properties.
