AVL-292 is an effective inhibitor of Btk kinase activity that can be used in laboratory research processes.
AVL-292 exhibits a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on BTK in Ramos cells, with an EC50 of 8 nM, and inhibits the downstream BCR pathway. AVL-292 further inhibited the proliferation of B cells by suppressing the activity of BTK, with an EChemicalbook C50 of 3nM. In a collagen induced mouse arthritis model, AVL-292 (3-30mg/kg, p.o.) dose dependently suppressed the clinical symptoms of this inflammation, including joint and paw swelling and a reduction in affected paw redness.
