5-Propyl-1,3-benzenediol, also known by its CAS No: 500-49-2, is a white to brown solid substance with a molecular formula of C9H12O2.
It is also known as Divarinol, 1,3-dihydroxy-5-propylbenzene, 5-propylresorcinol and 1,3-benzenediol, 5-propyl-.
This substance has a melting point of greater than 85°C and can be used as a semiochemical, fungal metabolite and lichen metabolite.
