Application:
1. 4-chlorophenylboronic acid is an organic compound of the boric acid class and can be used in the double Suzuki coupling reaction to synthesize substituted diarylmethylfluorene. The Suzuki coupling reaction of pyrroline ester of toluenesulfonate was used, followed by the hydrogenation reaction to synthesize baclofenlactam.
2. 4-chlorophenylboronic acid can be used as a catalyst to prepare 4-hydroxycoumarin derivatives with anti-trypanosomes and antioxidant properties. It is also used as a catalyst for the reduction of electron-deficient ketones by asymmetric borane.
3. 4-chlorophenylboronic acid is a boric acid derivative and can be used as an intermediate in pharmaceuticals and materials.
