Application:
3-oxo-1,3-dihydroisobenzofuran-1-ylphosphonic acid is a white solid powder at room temperature and normal pressure. It has poor chemical stability.
It can undergo condensation reactions with aldehyde substances under alkaline conditions to obtain corresponding olefin derivatives.
This substance is mainly used as a pharmaceutical chemical intermediate. It is the key synthetic raw material for the drug olaparib.
