Appearance: colorless and transparent liquid, no pungent odor.
The molecule contains two epoxy groups, which participate in the reaction during curing and form chain-like and network-like structures.
Usage:
It is usually used as a toughening diluent for epoxy resins and is widely applied in non-aqueous coatings, laminates, adhesives, composites and other epoxy systems. As a fiber finishing agent, it can enhance the flexibility, durability, alkali resistance and dyeability of fibers, and is used for fabric finishing of cotton, linen, wool and silk, etc., which can increase the tensile strength of the fibers.
